Q: How long does a Dubai visa take to process?

Standard processing takes 7-10 working days. Express takes 2-3 working days. We recommend applying at least 2 weeks before your travel date.

Q: Why do you need the cover page of my passport?

This became a mandatory requirement by UAE Immigration in late 2025. It helps authorities verify the authenticity of the passport booklet. Applications without it are rejected or delayed.

Q: Can I wear glasses in the photo?

No. The automated visa system often flags glasses as "glare" or "frame shadows," causing rejection — even with clear lenses. Remove them for the photo.

Q: I have a US/UK visa but it expires in 3 months. Can I get Visa On Arrival?

No. For the Visa On Arrival facility, your US/UK/EU visa must be valid for at least 6 months from your date of entry. If it's expiring soon, apply for the standard E-Visa through us.

Q: Can I extend my Dubai visa?

Yes, a 30-day extension is possible but must be applied for before your current visa expires. Contact us while you're in Dubai and we'll handle the extension.

Q: Do I need travel insurance for Dubai?

It's not mandatory for a tourist visa, but we strongly recommend it. Many airlines and hotels require proof of insurance, and medical costs in Dubai are high.

Q: What if my visa application is rejected?

Rejections are rare when documents are complete. If rejected, we'll share the reason and advise on next steps. Common reasons include incomplete documents or previous overstays in the UAE.

Q: Can I work on a tourist visa in Dubai?

No. Working on a tourist visa is illegal and can result in fines, deportation, and a ban. You need a separate work permit and employment visa.
