📝 Required Documents Checklist

These are the standard documents required for the application.

1. 🆔 Passport Scans

• Bio Pages: Clear color scan of the Front (Photo Page) and Back (Address Page).
• Outer Cover Page:
• You MUST now provide a scan of the Passport's Outer Cover (The dark blue/black booklet cover with the national emblem).
• Validity: Must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.

2. 📸 Photograph

• Format: Digital JPG.
• Background: Plain White only.
• Face: 80% face coverage, neutral expression.
• ⚠️ STRICT RULE: NO GLASSES.
• Do not wear spectacles (even clear ones). The new biometric systems often reject photos with glare on lenses.

3. ✈️ Flight Tickets

• Round Trip Ticket: Copy of Confirmed Onward & Return Flight Ticket.

4. 🛏️ Hotel Vouchers

• Hotel Confirmation Vouchers: Must be covering entire stay.

5. 💳 PAN Card

• Requirement: Copy of applicant's PAN Card (Mandatory for LRS/Financial compliance).

❓ Verified Official FAQs

Q: Why do you need the cover page of my passport?

A: This is a new mandatory requirement enforced by UAE Immigration in late 2025. It helps authorities verify the authenticity of the passport booklet itself. Applications without the cover page scan are now being rejected or delayed.

Q: Can I wear glasses in the photo?

A: No. We strongly recommend removing them. Even if you wear them daily, the automated visa system often flags "glare" or "frame shadows" as errors, causing rejection.

Q: I have a US Visa but it expires in 3 months. Can I get Visa On Arrival?

A: No. For the Visa On Arrival facility, your US/UK/EU visa must usually be valid for at least 6 months from your date of entry. If it is expiring soon, you must apply for the standard E-Visa with us.
