2. 💰 Financial Documents

- Balance: Minimum ₹ 1,00,000 (1 Lakh) closing balance per person.
- Sponsorship: If sponsored by blood relative/spouse, provide Sponsor's 6-month original statement (Sign & Seal) + Sponsorship Letter.
3. 🏢 Occupation Proof
- If Employed:
- Payslips: Last 3 months (Letterhead, Signature, Stamp).
- Bank Statement: Original 6 months salary account statement (Sign & Seal).
- ITR: Last 3 years (Form 16 Part A & B).
- Letter: Leave Sanction Letter OR NOC (Original with Company Sign & Seal).
- If Self-Employed:
- Cover Letter: On Business Letterhead (Original with Company Seal).
- Registration: GST, Certificate of Incorporation, Partnership Deed, MOA, or Udhyam Aadhar.
- ⚠️ Mumbai Jurisdiction (Gujarat) Rule: This document MUST be Notarized.
- Bank Statement: Company's 6-month statement (if not proprietorship).
- If Freelancer:
- Contract documents & Cover Letter.

4. ✈️ Travel & Accommodation
- Flight Tickets: Confirmed arrival and departure tickets.
- Hotel Reservation: Confirmed booking with Hotel Address, Contact, Applicant Name, and dates for the entire duration.
5. ⚠️ Conditional Requirements
- Marriage Certificate/Affidavit: Mandatory if spouse's name is not endorsed in the passport.
- Rental Agreement (Jurisdiction Proof):
- Required If: Your passport was issued in a different state than your current residence (e.g., Passport from Delhi, living in Gujarat).
- Format: Notarized Rental Agreement on ₹100 Stamp Paper OR Online Rental Agreement.
⚠️ Important Note: This is NOT an E-Visa.
Getting a Turkey Sticker Visa is a strict, paper-based process. Unlike the 1-hour E-Visa, this application requires physical verification by the Consulate.
To avoid rejection, you MUST ensure:
- Physical Originals are Mandatory: We need your Original Passport and Original Bank Statements (with wet ink signature/stamp). Scans or PDFs are rejected immediately.
- The "Jurisdiction Trap": If your passport was issued in a different state (e.g., Delhi) but you currently reside in Gujarat, you MUST provide a Notarized Rental Agreement. Without this, the Mumbai Consulate will not accept your file.
- The "7-Day Rule": Your bank statement must be fresh. It cannot be older than 7 days from the date of submission. Do not print it too early!

Q: Do I really need to send my physical passport and original bank statement?
A: Yes. Unlike many other visas, Turkey requires the Physical Original Passport to stamp the visa.
- Bank Statements: Must be original, printed on bank paper with a wet ink signature and stamp on every page. Digital PDFs or photocopies are immediately rejected.
Q: I have a valid US/UK visa. Do I still need this Sticker Visa?
A: No! If you hold a valid US, UK, Ireland, or Schengen visa, you are eligible for an E-Visa.
- Benefit: The E-Visa is cheaper, requires no physical documents, and comes in 1 hour.

Q: My passport was issued in Delhi, but I live in Gujarat. Can I apply?
A: Yes, but with a condition.
- Since you currently reside in Gujarat (Mumbai Jurisdiction), but your passport is from Delhi, you MUST provide a Notarized Rental Agreement on ₹100 Stamp Paper.
- Why? The Consulate requires proof that you fall under their specific jurisdiction.
Q: Do I need to visit the Embassy personally?
