Canada Permanent Residency ( PR )
About Service
Canada's Express Entry system is one of the most transparent and merit-based immigration pathways in the world. It allows skilled workers from across the globe to apply for Canadian Permanent Residency based on their education, work experience, age, and language proficiency — without needing a job offer or a connection inside Canada. For Indian professionals and graduates, Express Entry is the most direct and reliable route to building a life in Canada permanently.
Who Is This For
Express Entry is ideal for individuals who have completed their education, have skilled work experience, and are serious about making Canada their permanent home. If you have a strong language score — particularly in French through TEF Canada or TCF Canada — your chances in the Express Entry pool are significantly stronger than most candidates.
How It Works
Candidates create a profile in the Express Entry pool and are ranked using a points-based score called the CRS (Comprehensive Ranking System). Points are awarded based on age, education, language proficiency, and work experience. The government conducts regular draws and invites the highest-scoring candidates to apply for PR.
A strong French language score alone can add up to 50 CRS points to your profile — making it one of the most powerful tools available to candidates in the pool today.
Eligibility
Every candidate's profile is unique. During your consultation, we assess your education, work experience, language scores, and other factors to determine your eligibility and estimated CRS score.

What's Included
At The Visa Tales, the amount we charge is not just a fee — it is a commitment. From the moment you reach out to us, to the day you settle into your new life in Canada, we are with you at every step. Here is exactly what that means:
- Licensed Legal Representation When you work with The Visa Tales, you are not just hiring a consultant — you are being legally represented by Jay Sharma, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) registered with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) of Canada. This means your application is prepared, reviewed, and submitted by a certified professional who is legally accountable for your case. This is the single most important protection you have in any immigration process — and most agents in the market simply cannot offer it.
- In-Depth Profile Assessment & CRS Calculation Before anything else, we conduct a thorough assessment of your profile — education, work experience, age, language scores, marital status, and any other relevant factors. We calculate your estimated CRS score, identify which Express Entry program you qualify for, and map out the strongest pathway forward based on your specific situation. No guesswork. No generic advice.
- ECA Guidance & Coordination If your degree is from outside Canada, an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) is mandatory. We guide you through the entire ECA process — which designated organization to use, what documents to submit, how to track your application, and how to ensure your credentials are assessed at the right level to maximize your CRS points.
- Language Score Strategy Your language score is one of the highest-weighted factors in Express Entry. We advise you on which test suits your profile — IELTS, CELPIP, TEF Canada, or TCF Canada — what target scores to aim for, and whether adding a French language score alongside English could significantly boost your CRS ranking. For students who have already invested in French, this is where that investment translates directly into PR points.
- Express Entry Profile Creation & Submission We create and submit your Express Entry profile into the IRCC pool on your behalf. Every field is filled with precision — because even a small error in your profile can cost you CRS points or trigger complications down the line.
- Active Pool Management & CRS Strategy Being in the pool is not a waiting game — it is a strategy. We continuously monitor draw trends, track CRS cutoff movements, and advise you on decisions that could improve your ranking — whether that is retaking a language test, pursuing a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) stream, or timing your profile for maximum advantage. You are never left wondering what is happening or what to do next.
- Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) Exploration If your CRS score needs a boost, we actively research and identify PNP streams you may be eligible for. A provincial nomination adds 600 points to your CRS score — effectively guaranteeing an ITA in the next draw. This is a powerful lever that many candidates overlook, and we make sure it is always on the table when relevant.
- ITA Response & 60-Day Application Management When your Invitation to Apply arrives, a strict 60-day window begins. There is no room for delay. We respond immediately — confirming your document status, identifying any gaps, and preparing your complete application for submission well within the deadline.
- Complete Document Review & Verification Every single document in your application is reviewed and verified by our team before submission — work experience letters, educational certificates, passport, language results, photographs, statutory declarations, and all IRCC forms. Nothing goes to IRCC until it is accurate, complete, and in the correct format. One wrong document can delay your PR by months — we make sure that never happens.
- Full Application Preparation & Submission by RCIC Jay personally prepares and signs off on your complete PR application before it is submitted to IRCC. This is not delegated to a junior staff member or a paralegal. Your file gets the direct attention of a licensed professional — because that is what your dream deserves.
- Biometrics & Medical Examination Guidance After submission, most applicants are required to complete biometrics and an immigration medical examination. We guide you through both — where to go, what to carry, what to expect, and how to ensure these steps do not create unnecessary delays in your application.
- Post-Submission Tracking & IRCC Communication After your application is submitted, we track its status and keep you informed at every stage. If IRCC sends an additional document request or a procedural fairness letter, we respond on your behalf — promptly and professionally.
- Pre-Landing Guidance Once your PR is approved, the journey is not over — it is just beginning. We prepare you for your move to Canada — COPR (Confirmation of Permanent Residence) guidance, what to carry when you land, what to declare at the border, and your first steps on Canadian soil.
- Post-Settlement Support Our relationship with clients does not end at the airport. After you land, we assist you with your initial settlement steps — SIN (Social Insurance Number) registration, health card application, banking setup, and general orientation to life in Canada. For employment and workplace matters, we provide guidance and connect you with the right resources — though outcomes in these areas naturally depend on individual effort and circumstances.
