Refusal Cases — We Handle Those Too
A previous refusal does not mean the end of the road. It does mean the next application needs to be significantly stronger — with a clear understanding of why the previous one failed and a strategy to address those concerns directly.
We take on refusal cases and have experience turning rejections into approvals. Due to the additional documentation, analysis, and work involved in refusal cases, our fee for these is 1.5x the standard visitor visa fee.
