The Visa Tales

About us

Licensed in Canada.
Immigration consultants in Gujarat.

The Visa Tales™ is a licensed immigration practice, founded inside Canada’s regulated system and now working from Gujarat. What it offers is legal compliance, not reassurance.

For Canada, our RCIC licence lets us represent you before IRCC. For the other 40+ countries we prepare and check your application; the authority there decides it.

Why we exist

Built because Gujarat deserved better.

The Visa Tales was founded to solve one painful, familiar problem: families in Gujarat handing their futures, and their savings, to “ghost consultants” with no legal standing and nothing to lose when a file fails. So this firm was built the other way around: licence first, storefront second. Jeet runs the ground operation, handling documents and face-to-face support; Param, an advocate enrolled in India with the Bar Council of Gujarat, makes the evidence airtight; and every file answers to Jay’s federal licence in Canada. Three people, one file, and what reaches the officer is an argued legal case rather than a set of completed forms.

The journey

Canada first. Then home.

Most consultancies open a local office and claim a Canada connection. This one ran the other way: the licence came first, and Gujarat followed.

  1. 2021

    Etobicoke, Canada

    It started with the licence

Jay Sharma earned the federal RCIC licence (R710507, practising since 2021) inside Canada’s regulated immigration system, where a consultant answers to a government register rather than a signboard. The Etobicoke office runs on appointments only.

  2. 2023

    Bhavnagar, Gujarat

    Then it came home

Bhavnagar had no direct link to Canadian immigration law, and families were trusting “ghost consultants” with no legal standing and nothing to lose. The first Gujarat office changed that: the same licensed practice, now with a door you can walk through.

  3. 2026

    Ahmedabad, Gujarat

    And then it grew

A second Gujarat office at Elite Business Hub on the Sarkhej–Gandhinagar Highway: the same standard, within reach of more of the families who need it.

Working with us

What happens after you get in touch.

A paid consultation
We tell you the fee when you book. It buys a real assessment against the destination’s published rules, including being told to wait, if that is the honest answer.
Deducted if you proceed
If you become a client, the consultation fee comes off the professional fee.
One quoted professional fee
Agreed before work begins, for the work your route actually needs.
Government fees are separate
Visa, permit, biometrics and any other third-party fees are paid to the authority that charges them, and are not part of our fee.

The standard

What does being regulated commit us to?

Licensed, verifiably
Authorized by the CICC to represent clients before the Canadian government. You don’t have to take our word for it: the register is public.
The rulebook, not rumours
Every country publishes its immigration law, and it changes more often than most people expect. We work from the current version of it, on every file.
No guarantees for sale
We tell you plainly when a route isn’t realistic yet. If we ever misled you instead, the licence is what we lose.
No job placement
We do not find, sell or broker jobs. If someone offers you a job for a fee alongside a visa, walk away.
Work permits only when they’re real
We assist with legitimate work-permit applications: an actual employer, an actual role, filed under the rules that govern it. Nothing else.
