What to expect

What happens after you write in?

  1. You send your details

The form takes about two minutes. Tell us as much or as little as you have — incomplete is fine.

  2. We reply within 24–48 hours

During office hours, Mon–Fri, 11:00 am – 6:00 pm IST, to answer your first questions and schedule the consultation.

  3. The consultation is paid

We confirm the fee when we schedule it. If you go ahead and become a client, it is deducted from the professional fee for your file; government fees are always separate.

We reply on WhatsApp first — your number stays with the firm and is never shared.

Your enquiry is read by the team; every file is overseen by a licensed RCIC (R710507).

Questions people actually ask

How quickly will you reply?

Within 24–48 hours, during office hours — Monday to Friday, 11:00 am to 6:00 pm IST. WhatsApp is answered in the same hours; a message sent outside them is picked up the next business day.

Is the first consultation free?

No — it is a paid session. We tell you the fee when you book, and if you go ahead and become a client it is deducted from the professional fee for your file. Government and other third-party fees are always separate.

What should I have ready before I write in?

Whatever you have is enough to start — an incomplete picture is fine. It helps to have your passport, education documents, an English test score if you have taken one, and any previous refusal letters, but none of these are required to get in touch.

Do we meet at an office or online?

Most of our work is fully online, for clients in 40+ countries, so you never need to travel to us. If you would rather meet in person, our Bhavnagar and Ahmedabad offices take walk-ins during office hours, and the Etobicoke office in Canada is by appointment.

Which office should I contact?

It does not matter — there is one team, one phone number and one email across all three offices. Which office you choose only matters when you want to meet someone in person.

Should I use WhatsApp or the form?

Either reaches the same team. The form puts your details on file so whoever picks up your enquiry already has them; WhatsApp suits a quick question you want answered in a line or two.

Do you find jobs abroad?

No — we do not place, sell or broker jobs of any kind. We give licensed visa and application advice only, under RCIC licence R710507, which anyone can verify on the CICC public register. If someone offers you a job for a fee alongside a visa, walk away.
